Champine is a business class clubhouse located in the Danilovsky district of Moscow, near Simonovskaya Embankment and the Island of Dreams Park. The architectural concept is inspired by Parisian houses of the 19th century: facades with Art Deco elements, panoramic glazing, decorative fences and natural materials. The project includes two buildings of variable storeys with a private courtyard and underground parking.
The Shemberg company has completed a full range of facade and glazing works on both buildings of the residential complex.

The Lucky premium residential quarter from the Vesper developer is located at the intersection of 2nd Zvenigorodskaya and Kostikov Street, 200 meters from the 1905 Street metro station. The cluster covers more than 4.5 hectares, includes 8 new residential buildings (15-21 floors), 7 restored historical buildings and a developed socio-cultural infrastructure with parks, cafes, sports centers and educational spaces. The architectural solution divides the quarter into the "upper town" — residential towers with panoramic windows and French balconies, and the "lower town" — historical buildings adapted for commerce and public functions.

Balance is a modern business-class residential quarter from Glavstroy, located in the Southeastern Administrative District of Moscow, at the intersection of Ryazansky Prospekt and Okskaya Street. The complex includes buildings of variable number of storeys (up to 30 floors) with enclosed landscaped courtyards, pedestrian infrastructure and its own park.
The Shemberg company carried out complex work on glazing of towers, low-rise buildings, the first floors of buildings and internal vestibules.

The Vitality business class clubhouse is located in an old Moscow building on 1st Mashinostroenie Street, three minutes from the Dubrovka metro station. The architectural concept was developed by the ADM bureau. The building stands out for its panoramic glazing and expressive geometry of the facade.

The Beregovoy residential complex is located on the first line of the Moskva River and stands out for its expressive architecture and water views. Our company SHEMBERG has completed a full range of facade works, including towers and low-rise residential sections.

Vander Park is a business class residential complex designed by the Dutch architectural firm de Architekten Cie. It is located on Rublyovskoye Highway, just five minutes from the Molodezhnaya metro station. This is the first and landmark project of the SHEMBERG company in Moscow. Our company has completed a full range of facade works, including the installation of cladding on the high-rise tower and all low-rise buildings of the complex.

Sukhodolsky is a residential complex consisting of four enclosed blocks with its own park and sports ground. It is located in the Shirokaya Rechka district, along Evgeniya Savkova Street.
